At Grain and Butter, each piece is carefully crafted and prepared with intention. Because of the nature of our products, we maintain a very limited return policy.
Returns
We accept returns within 1 day of delivery. Return requests made after this window will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
To request a return, contact us at grainandbutter@gmail.com within 1 day of delivery. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for providing and paying for return shipping
- We do not provide return shipping labels
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers inspection, handling, and processing costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or made-to-order items, including items made to specific sizes, colors, palettes, or specifications
- Personalized items
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or denial
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days, minus the 30% restocking fee
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
