We're back!

Good morning, everyone!

I know it’s been quite some time since our last Threadbare Tale, and there have been a lot of changes to share.

First, we welcomed our second daughter into the world. Born at 7 pounds 7 ounces, our little chunker has already grown so much - both in body and spirit. F.E.W. is incredibly social and will happily - or rather unhappily - let you know exactly what she thinks about tummy time, you eating without her, or why she isn’t currently being snuggled. But, once you pick her up, she’s just talks and talks with a giant smile in her face. 

Her sister, W.O.W., is absolutely enamored with “her baby.” She loves to hold, feed, and play with F.E.W. - though we still help quite a bit. W.O.W. has also grown so much recently. Now officially two years old, our little toddler loves animals and has an imagination that is growing by leaps and bounds. We’re definitely getting a taste of the terrible twos when she’s tired, but we’ve all been working through them one day at a time.

Meanwhile, Brandon attended military schooling and was only able to come home on the weekends. I couldn’t be more proud of him. However, that left me and the girls at home together for just over a month, which made for a very busy season.

Now, we’re finally settling back into a routine and returning to our bi-weekly blog posts - now published on Mondays!

We can’t wait to continue sharing our lil’ slice of life with y’all.
